I Dont Know About These Circle Hooks, But In The Old Days The Secondary Was Back Up In Case You Didnt Hook The Shark With The Main,Secondary Would Snag It. A Useful Tool For Blacktips & Spinners.

I Still Feel That A Big Bait(No Matter What You Use)Needs The Main Hook In The Head & The Secondary In The Body Somewhere Near The Tail
